We have three types of Seasonal Pitch…
Super pitch plus
Provides you with an extra-large hard standing plus large grass area and features an illuminated service bollard which provides 16 amp electric hook-up & personal water hook-up. There is also a grey waste-water trap. We only have a few of these pitches and they are all south-west facing.
Our Super pitches provide a hard standing plus grass area and features an illuminated service bollard which provides a 16 amp electric hook-up & a personal water hook-up. There is also a grey waste-water trap.
Our Standard pitches provide a hard standing plus grass area and 10 amps electric hook-up.
Please note that awnings are not appropriate on all pitches. We do not permit awnings to be erected when you are not at your caravan for obvious safety and security reasons.
We also ask that awnings are taken down after 2 weeks to allow us to cut the grass and maintain the pitch.
In addition to the pitch fee deposit, customers are required to pay a one-off security deposit of £300, which will be returned when the pitch is vacated, where adequate notice has been given, all bills including electricity, water & rates are settled, all belongings removed and the pitch is left in a clean and tidy condition.
Electricity, RATES & Water Charges
Electricity, water & sewerage charges will be invoiced in June and October. Electricity is metered and charged at the ‘Pass Through Rate’ on all seasonal pitches which is currently approx 11 pence per unit (including VAT). Water & sewerage costs are approx £90 per year (including VAT). Please note that these charges are subject to any increase by the utility companies. Our annual rates for 2018 are approx £165 - £185, depending on pitch type.
Winter storage is optional for an additional fee. If you take up this option, you just leave your caravan on its pitch over the winter months. If you do not require storage, you can take your caravan off for the winter period.
